For All Standard Size Orders: 15 Days return. Please submit a return request via email (service@mollyevers.com) within 15 days of receiving your order to make sure you are eligible for a return. Please note that the shipping and rush fees will not be refunded.

For All Custom Fit Orders: Customized dresses are made just for you and no one else. We are sorry, but in general, we do not accept returns on custom-size dresses. However, if there are any damaged, defective or mis-shipped items, we will offer a refund or resend new ones to provide shopping experience.

Yes. If you need your dress by a specific date, please contact us before ordering. We'll check if expedited production and shipping are available.

3.Do you offer free custom sizing?

Yes! We offer free custom sizing on most dresses. Simply enter your measurements at checkout for a made-to-fit dress.

4.Can I return my dress?

Standard-size dresses may be returned within 15 days if they are unworn and meet our return requirements. Custom-size dresses are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

5.Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

6.What if my dress arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

7.Can my bridesmaids order separately?

Yes. Place all orders on the same day and include a note or contact us in advance. We'll do our best to use the same dye lot for consistent color.
