- If your order is delayed, please contact us via email service@mollyevers.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations
For All Orders
- Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
- Within 24 hours, you’ll get a full refund after canceling the order.
- Within 24-72 hours, you will get 80% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund.
- More than 72 hours, you will get 60% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund since we may have made your dress.
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can use the return policy after receiving the dresses.
- Note: After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please reply to the email within 24 hours if you need to change any information.
